Shipping & Returns

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed prior to dispatch date.

Tracking number is received via email once order has been processed.

All Australian orders are shipped with either Australia Post, DHL, Fed Ex or Couriers Please

​

Regular - $9.99 AU (Usually delivered between 2-8 business days after dispatch date if no delay due to postal carrier)

Express - $15 AU (Usually delivered between 1-4 business days after dispatch date if no delay due to postal carrier)

All New-Zealand Orders are shipped with Australia Post International, DHL, Fed Ex or Couriers Please

​

Regular - $18 AU (Usually delivered between 6-27 business days after dispatch date if no delay due to postal carrier)

Express - $40 AU

Duties and local taxes can incur on some orders and are applied by the countries customs. These possible custom duties, foreign taxes and other fees are the customers responsibility.

​

We are happy to ship further than the suggested countries, although you will have to contact us for further info.

​

PACKAGING

Our orders are put mainly through Aus Post although this may vary. Each order is hand packed by the owner.

 

SERVICE DELAYS & LOST ITEMS

We are not responsible for any unexpected delays in shipping caused by circumstances out of Kissberry's control or due to our selected courier.

 

If the courier has lost your parcel the selected service usually provide a full payment for the lost order to be resent. Kissberry are not responsible for any lost, unclaimed and stolen packages.

 

If there are any further problems with your delivery please seek assistance from Australia Post services.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders dates are listed in the description of the item.

These are estimates  and can some-times change due to delays from the warehouse, but we will try our best to make sure that you receive your timeless piece(s) between the estimated timeframe.

Pre-orders are non-refundable for change-of-mind unless product is faulty.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your pieces, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 20 day return policy in exchange for store credit. Simply contact us to initiate your return or exchange and we'll provide you with all the information you need. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and we'll do everything we can to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. We are only able to offer a refund if the product is faulty in which you need to contact us immediately to provide proof of the fault. 

 

  • ​(Our return policy allows us to refuse items that do not comply with our terms and conditions).

  • Sale Items are not accepted for return, exchange or credit.

  • If eligible for refund; items have to be returned in original condition and not used in anyway.

Important Note Before Making a Purchase

Please be advised that refunds for products do not include shipping costs, and return costs are not covered. It is a customers priority to email us so that we can give them the details to return to us. Please keep this in mind when making a purchasing decision.
